Thank you for choosing Variantz! We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. Please read the following warranty terms carefully to understand your coverage and responsibilities.

  1. Warranty Duration:
    This product is covered by a limited warranty valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use and service conditions as intended by the manufacturer.

  2. What is Covered:

    • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use as intended by the manufacturer.

    • Repairs or replacements at the discretion of Variantz, subject to verification of the defect.

  3. What is NOT Covered:

    • Aesthetic Issues: Scratches, dents, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage caused by wear and tear or misuse.

    • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, neglect, or use contrary to the product’s instructions.

    • Environmental Factors: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, dust, or other external conditions beyond the product’s design specifications.

    • Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open, disassemble, or tamper with the device’s casing, enclosure, or internal components will void the warranty immediately.

    • Consumables: Components such as batteries, cables, or other accessories subject to natural wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

    • Software or Firmware Issues: Problems arising from software or firmware updates, corruption, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

  4. Voiding the Warranty:
    The warranty will be considered void if:

    • The product has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Variantz technician.

    • The serial number, warranty seal, or any identifying markings on the product have been removed, tampered with, or made illegible.

    • The product is used for purposes beyond its intended use.

    • Evidence suggests the product was subjected to abnormal or excessive stress, such as power surges, overloading, or improper installation.

    • The hardware device is not operating from the same address where it was originally registered. Warranty coverage is contingent upon the device remaining installed and operated at the registered location unless prior written consent is obtained from Variantz for relocation.

  5. Customer Responsibilities:

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided to validate the warranty claim. Digital copies are acceptable but must be verifiable.

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs and associated expenses when returning the product for warranty service unless otherwise stated by Variantz.

    • Customers must follow the return process outlined on our website or in the product manual. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    • Variantz shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

    • The warranty does not cover losses or damages incurred due to product failure, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or inconvenience.

    • Under no circumstances shall Variantz’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

  7. Fraud Prevention:

    • Any evidence of tampering, counterfeit components, or fraudulent claims will result in immediate rejection of the warranty claim.

    • Claims involving falsified proof of purchase or altered documentation will not be honored.

  8. Inspection and Verification:

    • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by Variantz or its authorized representatives.

    • If the defect cannot be confirmed or is determined to fall outside the scope of the warranty, the customer will be notified and may be charged for diagnostic services or repairs.

  9. Governing Law:
    This warranty is governed by the laws of Singapore , and any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) .

  10. Additional Notes:

    • For warranty claims or inquiries, please contact our customer support team at care@variantz.com.

    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please follow the return process outlined on our website or in the product manual.

    • Variantz reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The latest version of the warranty policy will always be available on our website.
