At Variantz, we believe that ethical behavior is the foundation of trust, success, and long-term sustainability. Our commitment to conducting business with integrity ensures that we uphold the highest standards for our customers, employees, suppliers, and communities.

This Ethical Standards Policy outlines the practices and expectations that guide our actions. All employees, partners, and stakeholders are expected to adhere to these standards in every aspect of their work.

Code of Ethics

Employees

  • Act in the best interests of Variantz and its stakeholders at all times.

  • Make ethical decisions using the tools and guidance provided by the company.

  • Report any suspected violations of this policy to your supervisor or via the company’s whistleblowing email: whistle@variantz.com.

  • Respect the confidentiality of customer, supplier, and company information.


Customers

  • Always act in the best interests of the customer.

  • Be honest and truthful in all communications about Variantz products and services.

  • Avoid making false or misleading claims.

  • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer data.


Suppliers
We partner with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical and responsible business practices. This includes:

  • Respecting human rights and labor standards:

    • No child labor or forced labor.

    • Safe and healthy working conditions.

    • Fair wages and benefits.

    • Freedom of association and collective bargaining.

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Conducting business transparently and ethically.

  • Demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability.

All suppliers must agree to abide by our Supplier Code of Conduct, and we regularly audit their compliance.

Bribery and Gifting

  • Bribery: We strictly prohibit bribery in any form. No employee, partner, or supplier may offer, accept, or solicit bribes, kickbacks, or improper payments.

  • Gifting: We do not accept or offer gifts, favors, or incentives that could influence business decisions or create conflicts of interest. Modest, occasional gifts (e.g., branded merchandise) may be accepted only if they align with local customs and do not compromise our integrity.


Community

  • Support the communities in which we operate through charitable donations, volunteerism, and pro bono work.

  • Minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainable practices.

Whistleblowing

At Variantz, we encourage employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to speak up if they observe unethical behavior, misconduct, or violations of our policies. Reporting concerns is vital to maintaining a culture of integrity and accountability.

What to Report

You are encouraged to report any activity that you believe violates this Ethical Standards Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Fraud, corruption, or bribery.

  • Unsafe working conditions.

  • Discrimination, harassment, or unethical behavior.

  • Environmental violations or unsustainable practices.

Protection for Whistleblowers

We are committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation. Any individual who reports a concern in good faith will not face adverse consequences, regardless of the outcome of the investigation.

Investigation Process

All reports will be reviewed promptly and confidentially. We take every concern seriously and ensure appropriate action is taken where necessary.

Any employee, supplier, or stakeholder who suspects a violation of this policy must report it immediately. Reports can be made:

Enforcement

Variantz takes violations of this policy very seriously. Consequences for non-compliance include, but are not limited to:

  • Disciplinary action for employees, up to and including termination.

  • Termination of contracts with suppliers or partners who fail to meet our ethical standards.
